About Us
The incorporation of Maks Industries is a story of a dream fulfillment
passed on from a father to son. Mr. S. C. Chawla, who by seeing a mere
child with torn canvas shoes, dreamt of giving quality shoes to all in
an economy where disposable delegated to footwear was less than 0.001%.
Thus, Maks Industries was formed, the letters being named after all
family members.
Maks Industries was started in the year 2005 with a production of just
5000 pairs of leather ladies slippers, etc. which till date has sealed a height of 60,000 pairs. Maks Industries specializes in providing outsourced solutions (job work) to
its customers. The company has a wide range of products and deals in
pure leather as well as semi-leather footwear. The company has spread
its wings globally and has a reputed name in the Indian footwear
industry as well.
The company is headed by Shivi Chawla (Post Graduate in Finance from
Symbiosis, Pune) who with his dynamic attitude believes in the idea of
"Shoe for all" and thus thrives on providing quality footwear like leather ladies slippers, etc. to
all segments of the society.
